Get StartedOur Animal Welfare Certifications

G.A.P. Certified
Our chicken and turkey is Global Animal Project Certified. This means that we have met over 100+ animal welfare standards to achieve base certification, including more space for animals to express their natural behaviors and a vegetarian diet with no animal by-products.

Certified Humane
Our beef, pork, and bison meet the Certified Humane program standards, which ensure animals have access to wholesome, nutritious feed, are free of antibiotics or growth hormones, and are given skilled, knowledgeable, and conscientious animal care.

MSC & RFM Certified
Our seafood sourcing partners uphold the strict fishing and handling practices that meet the standards of the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) or the Responsible Fisheries Management (RFM) to guarantee unprecedented quality and sustainability.
Happy Animals and a Healthy Planet
Pasture-raised livestock support environmental health because continuous access to pasture requires vegetative cover on the ground. Research supports that maintaining vegetative cover is valuable in maintaining soil health and removing carbon from the earth's atmosphere.
Allowing cattle to roam also has positive impacts on water and air quality. Roaming cattle distribute manure throughout pasture rather than in one concentrated area, resulting in less water pollution from manure runoff.
There are many other positive environmental impacts, such as soil quality and wellbeing of the producer, related to grazing cattle for their whole life versus the conventional system. That's why we've invested in a 5-year research study led by The Noble Research Institute, titled “Metrics, Management and Monitoring: An investigation of Pasture and Rangeland Soil health and its Drivers”.
